Thames Walk section in Independent 50 Best

Good to see that the Thames Path is included in the Independent’s  50 Best Winter Walks in the Christmas Eve issue.

The section highlighted is Richmond to Hampton Court and was chosen by panel member Juliette Dyke who lives in the area and says the seven mile stretch is “packed with history, culture and gorgeous scenery”.

It’s an interesting spread of walks across Britain.

The judging team includes Sarah Spencer of Cicerone.
