Vanessa Redgrave joined over forty people who demonstrated on the Thames Path outside City Hall on Wednesday morning. The protest was about proposed tall buildings spoiling the view from the towpath opposite Hammersmith. London-SE1 has a report.

Thames Path & Blackfriars Station south entrance open

The Thames Path running under Blackfriars Railway Bridge reopened during the night. The bridge now carries platforms from bank to bank and today the station’s new Bankside entrance opened at 5am. The station entrance is now on the Thames Path. See the story on the London SE1 website.
